The
Rocky River members who toured Europe in 2004
came from all around Australia.
Here is the brand new line-up for 2007. |

Annie
is one of the band's co-founders. She is the 'up-front'
person on stage and is one of Australia's best dance callers.
The percussion instruments she plays include lagerphone, bodhran,
teponatzli and washboard. Annie also plays guitar, mandolin
and hurdy-gurdy! |

The
other co-founder, Pete plays button accordion and anglo concertina
and is the main organiser and contact person for Rocky River.
He also runs the South Coast Folk Club and when not performing
he can be found at one of Adelaide's many sessions. |

Peter
is a recent import to Australia and a very talented one at that!
A multi-instrumentalist, Peter learnt his musical trade in the
UK, where he played in some definitive English folk bands before
deciding to migrate here. He is adding a great sound to Rocky
River playing Irish bouzouki. |

Sandra plays
acoustic 12-string guitar and is a natural harmony vocalist.
She is a pocket dynamo with an infectious stage manner and a
lot of fun to have around! A great friend of ours for many years,
we have finally managed to convince her to join the band. |

Fritz
is (in our humble opinion) one of the finest shanty singers to
be heard anywhere! He is actually based in Fremantle, Western
Australia and joins the band when we go on tour overseas and to
major Australian folk festivals. |
